Sydney has been a passionate teaching artist for the past 15 years, working with a wide range of ages and levels. Her classes span ballet, modern, contemporary, pointe, composition, improvisation, and somatic practice. Sydney has supported dancers of all levels—from beginners to advanced and professional training.
Sydney is an Adjunct Dance Professor with Drexel University’s Performing Arts Department. Since 2024 she’s been dance faculty instructing ballet, contemporary, composition, and performance practice classes. In 2025-2026 she was Assistant Director of the Drexel Dance Ensembles. She has been guest choreographer in 2025, setting Thy Flesh like Thy Spirit on the Drexel Dance Ensemble and in 2026 premiering Portal to Self on The Fresh Dance Ensemble.
Sydney is a Guest Instructor with Penn Dance Co ~ an advance dance team within the University of Pennsylvania. In these classes she explores improvisation, composition, contemporary technique, and choreographic exploration.
Sydney is a Senior Dance Instructor at Edge Dance Center located in Lumberton, NJ. Since 2023 she has been teaching levels 1-5 ballet, pointe, and contemporary.
